To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

🔄 How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@goldenflicker.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide.
📦 Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
In those cases, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email notification when the refund is issued.
Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used sporting goods (e.g., balls with visible signs of use)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

If you received a damaged, faulty, or wrong item — we’re truly sorry!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

- Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging
We’ll fix the issue with a replacement, store credit, or full refund (your choice).
